I’ve been using it a little and it feels really sturdy so far. The build quality seems good, and the weight kind of makes it feel more durable, even though it’s also the one thing I don’t love. Overall I’m happy with it.

The brakes have a nice smooth grab and make me feel a lot more confident riding downhill. Setup was easy too, so the whole experience was smooth from start to finish...

My order showed up looking great. The box didn’t have any dents, crushed corners, or little rips along the edges, which I always notice. Everything inside was packed snugly and looked clean when I opened it up. No problems at all, and I’m happy with how carefully it arrived.

I accidentally ordered the wrong scooter part, which was completely on me, and I was bracing myself for a hassle when I reached out. Thankfully, they emailed back quickly with clear return instructions, which was a big relief.

After a while though, some little problems started popping up, like the brakes needing work and the battery range not being as good as before. Support did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I was hoping it would hold up a bit better over time.

It did take a couple of days to get everything figured out, and the replacement part didn’t ship as fast as I would’ve liked. But — it got handled. They sent me what I needed and even checked in afterward, which I appreciated. Not a perfect experience, but overall I’d say their after-sales support was solid.

After my issue was finally sorted out, the follow-up still felt weak. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it wasn’t great either. They seem like they’re trying, I just wish they were more consistent with updates. Overall, average for me.

They did fix the issue, so I can’t really complain too much, but yeah, it definitely took a while. I was kind of hoping it would be quicker, and I kept wondering when it would be finished, but in the end it worked out and the repair seems fine.

I got the scooter from fluidfreeride battery range has been better than I thought. I ride to work and back few times before I need to charge it. The battery doesn’t drop super fast like my old scooter did. So far I’m happy with it, really no complaints.
